On the portal (home page) there is a section for news. Can news that are automatically generated from the system i.e. document changed, new document etc.. be of a different color than the news we add?

Hello Zenya Support,Is there a way to configure Zenya so that a user (or user group) can only see claims related to their own customer, and not see claims from other customers? We want to create a Login for a customer, so he can only see his claims and the state but dont have a seight on the other customer claims.Thanks in advance for your help.Best regards,

Hi there I am new here. I have a question list designed but would like to add instructions/welcome text to the user before they complete the question list. I have created ‘instruction text’ from the Layout section but it is not appearing.. How can I enable this feature?

As it is only possible to import html-files to Zenya and we only have them in pdf-format we need your help!Has anyone already deposited the standards ISO 14 001, 50 001, 45001 and IFS HPC in English language in Zenya?If so, would it be possible for you to export these frameworks or the html. -file and to share it with us? I want to do some graphics to see the results and i want , also, that all the units can bi able to see this graphics.How can i creat graphics with the results of the new audit? And how can i put that on the bord of the others units inthe hospital? Someone knows how to do that?Thank you very much

How can an employee change their password. Before it was via My Preferences, but know I can't find this.I normally create an useraccount with a username and password and mail this to them with the remark that they will have to change the password into personal password. I already heard that their is a bug in the system that this will be solved around 20-04-2021.
