E-Mail template - which fields are available?

I want to Create an E-Mail Draft and also want to use the variables like @@case_number@@

Where can i see all of these variables that can be used to an Draft?

When you click on the drop down in the ‘select field’ box, you can see all available fields:

Hey, nothing happens when i click on them

so it just stand there but without the variable number in the other cases

You have to click on the icon on the right of the field to add it to the title or message:
