In 2022, we had to adjust our release dates a number of times. We always communicated as well as possible about this, but it did not give the predictability that you may expect from us. In 2023 we will therefore release at regular intervals, so that you regularly have access to new and improved software. Major releases 2023Four major releases are planned for 2023, the first of which has already been rolled out on SaaS Default ring. The intended schedule for the rest of the year is as follows: Not every release will have the same impact. We think that four major releases will therefore be manageable for most organizations. We have taken into account holiday periods with low occupancy in terms of timing. In the summer, we therefore use a longer period than usual between the roll-out on the Default and Slow ring. We want to prevent organizations from having to do work in the middle of the holidays around a rollout of the release. Scope & phasingIn any case, each release will contain
At Zenya, innovation is in our DNA. Progress requires experimentation, but not at the cost of reliability and continuity. The same goes for artificial intelligence (AI). We understand that our customers want to be sure that we handle AI responsibly, both in the experimentation phase as well as when we roll out functionalities that rely on AI into production environments. Therefore, we have prepared a document that explains more about the agreements we have made internally on the use of AI and how we handle the implementation of AI in Zenya.
As long as software exists, there will be bugs. After all, programming software is a complex affair. Infoland does its utmost to limit the number of bugs by including testing very prominently in the software development planning. Unfortunately, despite this effort, the occurrence of bugs is sometimes unavoidable.Openness and transparency are very important to us at Infoland. We regularly take steps in this direction. Examples are our new websites: insight into what we do in our development, monitoring our SaaS environment and of course our public Infoland Community. I am proud to announce that you can now also gain insight into the outstanding bugs via the support site. Now you will think: "but I already had insight into my bugs?". That's right. However, we have expanded this insight: all bugs, in order of priority and with possible workaround. What's the benefit for you? This new overview gives you insight into the position of your bug in relation to the others. Does this mean that you
"Good practice examples are inspiring and people can use them immediately." "We are still too often inventing the wheel ourselves. That takes time and time is always in short supply within healthcare." According to Silvia van Gils, senior consultant/auditor at Radboudumc. In clear terms and with infectious enthusiasm, Silvia talks about the innovative Good Practices project. "So it is ideal if you can benefit from good practice examples from your own organisation. This benefits the quality of care, processes and employee satisfaction. Within Radboudumc, we do a lot with quality, safety and innovation. The Good Practice Examples project fits in perfectly with that." Continuously striving for improvement"We use all the pillars of Zenya within our organisation. We secure our quality cycle by recording our agreements and processes through DOC and implementing them using iQualify and CHECK. Monitoring is done with CHECK, FLOW, Frameworks and Compliance. With FLOW, we can improve a few thing

What exactly does the innovation team do and who are all part of it? Koen Sterken and Dennis Langenhuijsen, two of the six faces behind the innovation team, are happy to tell you more about it. Firstly, let's introduce these men to you: Besides Dennis and Koen, Guy Bruens, Frank Stege, Inge Vanhomwegen and Maurice van Abeelen are also part of the innovation team, which makes it a versatile and varied team. Everyone plays a different role in his or her daily work, and therefore everyone views different themes differently. In addition, the years worked at Infoland within this team also differ considerably, namely from 1 year to 22 years. So it’s a nice mix!
