Are you looking for our support? We are happy to help you!
In this topic we explain how you can be helped as quickly and optimally as possible.
Ask your support question on the community
Do you have a question about the design and use of the software?
Then we recommend that you use the community:
Step 1: Find out if the knowledgebase contains information that answers your questions.
Step 2: Find out if some one else has asked the same question:
Use the central search bar. Simply enter your question there and find out if your question has been asked and answered before.
Step 3: Ask your question.
Has your question not been asked before? Then you can start a topic and ask your question.
Other community members can then share their knowledge with you and answer your question. There is also an Infoland community team active that continuously monitors the community and answers questions.
