How can I edit the workflow?

i want to change the workflow, but i couldnt find out how i could edit this.

Actually i dont get this. I want to change the arrows behind the workflow. But i cant change them?

If you need extra new arrows then your contact person for our service desk can send a request for this to our service desk.
