Hello Zenya Support,

Is there a way to configure Zenya so that a user (or user group) can only see claims related to their own customer, and not see claims from other customers?

We want to create a Login for a customer, so he can only see his claims and the state but dont have a seight on the other customer claims.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Hi,

You can add ‘others involved’ on the Actions and progress tab of a specific case.

Hi,

I assume this is about the Cases (FLOW) module?

You can use the role 'others involved' for this. This role can be assigned per case to users (or user groups), giving them permissions for that specific case. In the case type, you specify who may be eligible for this role, but the role is only actually assigned in a specific notification.

So, currently I have set the specific user to the “others involved” permission so he is able to see the cases. In the cases itself I can define witch field this permission can see. I dont find the option to make specific cases visible for specific users / roles.

Could you help me find it, maybe screenshots.

Thanks!
