We have moved documents within a newly created folder structure in DOC and will no longer need the old folders in future. We already have archived documents in the old folders that we do not want to delete. However, if we delete the old folders now, will the path to the already archived documents be lost, or even the entire documents? Therefore, my question is: is it possible to archive entire folders? So far, I only see the options "move" or "delete".

You can’t archive folders, only the documents within a folder. Once the folder is empty, you could delete it, but that would mean that the archived documents in the archive are moved to a folder called “Unknown path.”
