Within almost every organization there is information about objects, such as devices, buildings, spaces, customers or suppliers, that can be relevant for use within the various modules within Zenya. Instead of filling in this information per module, Zenya offers a solution in the form of the card file.

The card file is a central point where you can store, manage and consult all this information. It functions as a smart database from which the different modules can draw but also store information. For example, the card file can be used as a processing register. For example, store contracts safely and easily per supplier. Or use the card file as a device management system in highly controlled environments such as laboratories.

Bring together information from an object from different sources such as checks, validations and registrations and save it on one card. The card file is connected to all modules, so all information is easy to collect and store, but just as easy to see. You can easily add external information by loading Excel lists, so everyone can get started with the card file without the need for technical work.
