With ‘Card files’ you can manage objects (‘cards') that you can use in other modules of Zenya for all kinds of applications, for example:
- Registration of beds and equipment in the hospital, nursing home etc. for maintenance, repairs, operating instructions and more;
- Management of laboratory equipment where it is important that it is regularly calibrated and checked and for which deviations must be easily reported immediately;
- Buildings for security, so that, for example, damage can be easily reported and solved;
- Equipment and machines maintained by a Technical Service. Tasks are automatically scheduled so you never miss a check again;
- IT equipment such as printers, screens or laptops, for warranty tracking, easy ( let ) report faults and schedule updates.
