On the homepage of a portal you can add a panel with five important links.
For this you go to Application Management > Portals > Portals. Select '[ default portal settings ] ’ or the relevant portal here and go to Properties tab.
In the section ‘ Important documents panel ’ you can turn on the panel, give a title and add five links. In addition to links to documents, this may also be links to, for example, a reporting form or a website.
