You must have the rights to be able to choose an organizational unit. You can set the rights here:
- Go to Application management> Organization> Organizational units
- Click on the appropriate organizational unit
- Click on "Compliance roles and rights"
- Change the permissions;
- Immediately verify whether the correct frameworks are linked to the organizational unit.
