This can be done as follows:
- Login to iProva
- Click 'Go to' in the top left corner
- Choose 'Application management'
- Click 'Users' under 'Users and user groups'
- Tick the users whose subscription you want to change (by ticking the box in the first column, you can select all users via 'Select all' X 'users'
- Then click the 'Change' button and click 'Change subscriptions (tasks)' or 'Change subscriptions (notifications)'
- Choose the option 'change (existing subscriptions will be overwritten)'
- Check the tasks to be activated and choose an option when an e-mail should be sent.
- Confirm the change by clicking 'OK'.
