Every reporting procedure (for example a complaint, incident or improvement measure) starts substantively when registering the case itself.

In this training we make clear in three steps how to design a reporting form:

  1. Add new reporter form (and any language versions)
  2. Add questions based on fields
  3. Set up routing to the correct in-depth questions via conditional sections
