How can I link a hyperlink to a website or a specific document to a search term and place it at the top of the search results?

You do this via a so-called "recommended link":

  • Go to -> Application Management -> Portals: Search Management
  • Find the relevant search term and click on it
  • Add a recommended link and click OK

Tip: it is possible to link multiple recommended links to the same search term

Important: A recommended link will not be displayed when searching for a synonym of the search term. Therefore, apply the recommended link to all synonyms.
