1 Set up the correct improvement measure form
- Go to Application Manager -> Notifications: Settings
- Click on the tab "Improvement measures"
- Set the desired improvement form there
- Also set the fields that form the basis for the overview list of existing improvement measures
2 Link the correct improvement measure to the correct cause
- Go to Risks -> FMEA
- Add a cause to a risk element
- Add an improvement measure to this (you must have reporting rights for this)
