How do I close cases of an old case type?

If you still have open cases for a case type that is no longer used, you can close them in two ways:

1. You give yourself coordinator permissions and ensure that the cases go through the workflow to the final status.
2. Or you can make a final status of every status in the workflow and the cases will be closed immediately.
