You must first create the sections via Application management> System settings> General in the 'General' section.
You can then set the heading in the report form under the heading 'Details report form'.
- Click on 'Go to'
- Application management
- Cases: Case types
- Open Case Type 'X'
- Click on the 'Forms' tab
- Click on the report form
- Click on 'Change' under the heading 'Report form details'
- Enter the correct value under 'Rubric'
