Why can't I change the password of some users?

If a user is synchronized, the password is not managed within Zenya itself. The password of these users can only be changed from the source (eg ActiveDirectory) by the IT department.

Synchronized users are identified by a green-colored user icon.
For non-synchronized users (a blue-colored user icon) you can change the password within Zenya.
