How can I change a user's password?

There are two options:

1. A synchronized user (green user icon): this can only be changed via the IT department, for example via an AD change.
2. An unsynchronized user (blue user icon):

• Go to Application management> Users and user groups> Users.
• Search for the user and click on it.
• You can enter a new password via the 'Change password' button.
• The user can then change the password again via My preferences> My account.
