There are two options:
- A synchronized user (green user icon): this can only be changed via the IT department, for example via an AD change.
- An unsynchronized user (blue user icon):
- Go to Application management> Users and user groups> Users.
- Search for the user and click on it.
- You can enter a new password via the 'Change password' button.
- The user can then change the password again via My preferences> My account.
